- I'm disappointed that people continue to think government is going to make a better life for them... better to take care of yourself, your family, practice your Faith and leave politicians to their own fate.

- Good point, Dana, but I doubt it. People who want to live on the water and can afford it, will do it here no matter what the consequences.

- I used to live in alabama and dauphin island is the same way. A barrier island, every storm that hits it takes away more sand (esp. the west end) and some years, due to hurricanes, it gets clobbered. The people even want the goverment to replace the sand.

- THANK GOD!! Some terrific news for a change. I hope to live to see the day when people wise up, pay off their cards, cut them up and the companies all go out of business- esp. that bloodsucker, Capital One.
